The Warm Pond.
This place is awesome because it is naturally hot from the volcano. 90 degrees or hotter



This is the front of the pond where the ocean comes in.
The tide comes in that channel and then the current pulls you back out.
There is a bar you can hold on to.

We spend a lot of time picking these nice little guys. They're called hitch-hikers or sleepy grass, because they close up and go to sleep when you touch them. And they have thorns. and their seeds stick to your clothes and travel around on you. So basically they have taken over the island, and we are trying to reverse that.





They have vines that go under and tangle with everything. Yes everything.



No this isn't roadkill, we went boar hunting!



We sat up in a tree stand and waited for a while, and then the pack came and slowly started feeding on the bait. Rick shot him, bow and arrow style, then we tracked him down. But seeing this dude run through the jungle, back to the car, with a 100+ pound gutless bloody pig on his back might have been the manliest thing I've ever seen. Then Rick skinned him up and threw him in the freezer.













On Fridays we go over Yvette's house and keep her company for a while and do some work.
